Why did you decide to work for Family Solutions.

Working as part of an organization that is so committed to helping people and making an impact on the lives of others was very important to me.  I also wanted a place that would allow me to grow and learn both personally and professionally and Family Solutions had everything I was looking for and more.

What positive attributes do you bring to your job? 

 I consider myself to have a caring, understanding and patient personally an am eager to take on and learn new tasks.

What are your feelings towards Family Solutions, as an employee?

Family Solutions is an amazing agency that strives to put children first and works closely with everyone involved to help each child grow, learn, laugh and feel safe. So many families have been supported and helped by Family Solutions, it’s truly rewarding to be apart of.

What prior experiences have helped you in your current job position? 

I have worked in costumer service positions for a longtime and have taken several classes in human services.

Where did you receive your degree or qualifications? 

  2006 Graduate from Chico State with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Health Science

What is the most rewarding aspect of your profession? 

Being apart of a team that is so dedicated to making a difference not only in the lives of the children but the foster families and community and knowing we all have touched the lives of so many people. Everyday I get to go home knowing that I helped make a positive impact on the lives of others.
